From November 2011 VentraIP is now an authorised distributor of cPanel®/WHM™ licences
VentraIP is now an authorised Australian distributor of cPanel®/WHM™ licences. As a distributor you can now purchase licences directly from us at flexible rates. We can provide licences for servers both with us (such as VPSs) and with other providers.
Each of our shared hosting services are already licenced with cPanel®, but if you are looking at a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Dedicated Environment you will need a licence.

What is cPanel® and WHM™
cPanel® is the worlds most popular and powerful tool for Linux Web Server management. Internal Licences
Our Internal licences are available for purchase with services hosted within the VentraIP network.
External Licences
External licences are available for servers that are outside of the VentraIP network.
Purchasing Licences
You may purchase your internal cPanel®/WHM™ licence whilst placing your VPS order, alternatively external licences can be purchased via our VentraIP Wholesale brand. Licence support can be purchased at the time of your order, otherwise can be added later through contacting the VentraIP Customer Care team via our Secure Messages system in your wholesale account logon.
Contacting Support
Internal licences purchased through VentraIP include basic support only. This support only covers issues you may be encountering with the cPanel®/WHM™ software only – this does not extend to scripting or operating system related issues. For additional support VentraIP provides other server management options available for an additional fee.
Where support is included with your licence purchase you can contact us via eTicket in VIPControl (for VPS customers) or Secure Messages (for wholesale customers) – depending on the VentraIP brand your licence is purchased through. Summarily any Billing matters can be addressed via the same means.
